Receving RMA into Inventory Based On Sales Order Return Reason

Dear All,

We are using EBS R.12.1.2;

Business Case:

Order Management Super user creates customer return sales order; we have two return reasons; Either (Damaged) or (Not Delivered); then he book the sales order; items are now moved to Ware House;

Now; we have 2 subinventories supervisors; one for damaged who will receive only Return lines of return reason = (Damaged); and one normal items who will receive only Return lines of return reason = (Not Delivered);

We need to make lines with return reason = “Damaged” to appear only to Damaged Subinventory Supervisor and “Not Delivered” lines to appear only for Normal items subinventory supervisor when they open form to receive the return order:
