Snapshot database, daily refresh, and incarnation change?

So, we have a snapshot database from production where we refresh nightly. My question is that since the process converts to physical standby, catches up logs, and then converts to snapshot this process involves a incarnation change in rman. How do you realistically recover this production database if some logs could from one incarnation and some in another because of this daily process?
