Issue:Assembly quantity field value is in 5.000015 in OSP Purchase Requsition lines level but Discrete job created with 5 qty.

Actually we have given OSP resource rate - 0.000015 and we have created Discrete job with 5 Qty once we move the qty from first Operation to OSP operation Queue. Purchase Req got created but Assembly quantity field value is in 5.000015 in OSP Purchase Requsition lines level. We are facing this Issue in R11 version.

PLease share your comments how to overcome this issue.
