Can a Normal Item be Capitalized by the PO Price Instead of the Average Cost in Oarcle Asset Trackin

Hi Guys,

The normal item in PO receipt for normal items cycle as explained in "Doc ID 1308794.1" shows that the item will be capitalized by the inventory cost method (average costing).

Case:

PO receipt for an item with PO price $100.

Issue to field location.

The items cost is $80.

After running the necessary concurrent requests the asset is created with cost = $80.

Goal:

Create the asset with cost = PO price $100.

How could this be accomplished?

Does it require customization or a change in a package?
