Can a reference be passed from shipping to Sale Order Issue transaction in material transactions in

Is there any attribute on the Shipping Transactions form that we can fill during Ship Confirm, and that passes to the corresponding Sale Order Issue transaction in inventory material transactions?

The DFF in Shipping Transactions form does not pass on to DFF in material transactions

Perhaps an attribute could be used that does get passed.

Any suggestions?
