What is happening with xfm.odl.<app_name>-1.log file?

Hello,

I am investigating the following strange behavior.

We have three HFM environments, dev, uat, prod.

In uat and prod, a new E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\hfm\xfm.odl.<app_name>-#.log file is created every 9767 KB.

In dev, something different is happening. xfm.odl.<app_name>-1.log has grown to nearly 900000 KB. We still get a xfm.odl.<app_name>-#.log every 9767 KB.

I compared the E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\config\fmwconfig\servers\HFMWeb0\logging.xml across all three environments, and the files are identifical.

How come the xfm.odl.<app_name>-1.log is still being written to, and how can we close if off?
