IDSM Chargeback is getting stuck at Claims workbench -- Not progressing for approvals
Uploaded a webadi template for chargeback data
Channel Revenue - Sales data upload window --- Processing for some time
Automatically updated to Processed -- Pending Payment -- Pending Close
At this point i could find the Claim in Claims workbench
Settlement method is defaulted from Customer trade profile
Claim get stuck at this point
Manually user is getting into Claim window and requesting for approval --- Our claims do not require any approvals (we disabled approvals) -- so we expect workflow to pick up the data and push it to AR interface table. What configuration options needs to be checked to get end to end automated process ?
