IP17 UpgPhys failure - Re-run ?

Hi Oracle Team,

IP17 UpgPhys completed fine.

But when launching tools, we could see no records in BS and WF's.

The reason being failures due to tablespace -

UPDATE SIEBELDBA.S_SERVICE set WS_SRC_ID=ROW_ID , WS_OBJ_VER=0 , WS_ID='1@1523331' where REPOSITORY_ID ='1-AV2B-1'

ODBC error 57011 in SQLExecDirect:

[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/NT64] SQL0289N  Unable to allocate new pages in table space "TBS_BASE_IDX_04K".  SQLSTATE=57011

(native error -289).

I don't see any other errors in upgPhys.. Is it safe to re-run this piece of SQL alone (ws_rep_upd.sql) ? or if we have to re-run the whole upgphys do we have to restore the backup post merge and re-run ?
