Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

One of our clients has acquired a company and planning to change their existing LDAP server to new company LDAP.

Is there a provision in Agile to replace all the existing user IDs with new user IDs without any loss of old users historic data?

What is the best way to replace the old user IDs with new user IDs by preserving the historical activities of the old users?
