IP17 Full Publish Errors

Hi Oracle Team,

We are upgrading from IP13 to IP17 and when running Full publish after Merge as per doc id : 2320436.1

I've got the below error for every workflow.. can these errors be ignored ?

GenericLog GenericError 1 000000025a0a185c:0 2017-11-14 18:15:58 Failure reported for - length :: 247, name :: ABO Bulk Request - Add Sub-Process Workflow, type :: Workflow Process , blob :: <?INT?>

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000000025a0a185c:0 2017-11-14 18:15:58 (clicon.cpp (3621)) SBL-DBC-00111: An error has occurred writing to a record.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

It probably could be happening because I hadn't Inactivated all WF's in the workflow deployment screen before starting the upgrade..
