Broken links to the AddressBookManager testing samples (mosemp.us.oracle.com)

Hello Everyone

I am looking for a good reference on how to test the AddressBookManager service and found Doc ID 2241495.2 but unfortunately, the links to the sample usage of the operations are all not working. E.g. clicking the hyperlinked getAddressBook (jax-ws) will take me to: 

This site can’t be reached

mosemp.us.oracle.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Has anyone been able to figure out how to reach this address? All links described in that document are broken.
