MERL (Item Revision Level) not update on new PO which was created after MERL updated in Item Branch

Dear all,

When I updated the value of MERL(Item Revision Level) in F4102 , I ordered a new PO and print it.

But the value on this PO is not updated in F4311.

Could there some setup for it?
