R12.2.6 Payables Payments Tools-->View Accounting is not available for Draft Accounting

Hello,

R12.2.6 Payables Manager standard responsibility

Tools-->View Accounting to see entries generated.

In case of Final accounting we can see payment accounting entries using the function  Tools-->View Accounting for a payment in the Payments window.

In case of Draft accounting the function  Tools-->View Accounting is not available (grey color) and the function Tools --> View Accounting Events is available only.

According to the Oracle Support Document 744826.1 it is a bug and it is recommended to apply the patch 7458554.
The patch 7458554 is for the Release R12.0 and patch set R12.AP.A. It includes the form APXPAWKB.fmb of the version 120.183.12000000.67
