Agent Update Required message in SM Change the JDE.ini file or any other files ?

Hi Team,

   After upgrading Server manager agent we will get an message " Agent Update Required " for all install management agent & want to know does it impact JDE.ini file or any other files in system or its only used to synch Server Manager console and agent.
