Manifest Administration, changing web template using applet modes and expressions

Hi,

I have found one article in bookshelf about changing applet web template according to manifest expression and applet mode:  https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E58886_01/books/ConfigOpenUI/customizing_applets_and_layouts18.html#wp1498580

This is my config in application:

One expression is vanilla 'EditList' and second is custom:

Name: Exp_Admin

Value: GetProfileAttr("ShowFields") = "Y"

In manifest administration I have created new record with Type = Applet, Usage Type = Web Template and Name =   LOY Member Contact List Applet

And expressions for objects:

1 record: Empty Expression, Level 1, Web Template Name = Edit List

2 record: Group name = Exp_Admin_EditList, Level 2, Web Template Name =
