QAS integration

Does any one know what is the minimum version of QAS required to integrate with V16 ?  Unlike Oracle QAS , i have  url like http://URL/proweb.wsdl  and when integrated with V16 , it's throwing weird errors , which makes me wonder what is the minimum version required to integrate with V16 Xstore.   Please let me know
