SAIP Integration - Unsupported media type error - Status code -415

Problem Description

We are integrating  Peoplesoft campus solutions with Desire to learn learning management system through peopelsoft campus solution delivered Student administration integration pack.

We are able to successfully  post the data through SOAP UI utllity to target with Https target endpoints.

But when we give the same https target endpoints in peoplesoft, we are getting error "Integration Gateway - HttpTargetConnector:ExternalApplicationException.  Http status code HttpStatusCode returned : 415." which says unsupported media type.

We are able to ping node successfully.

Has anyone encountered this issue ?
