Use Data Sel/Seq from a Section Issues

We need to be able to break invoice print on VR01 for some of our customers.  To accomplish this I have created a new driver section in our custom invoice print.  The Driver section (Parent) calls the Phase-1 Build section (now the child).  Both sections have a business view of V4211J, union of F4211 and F42119.  I need Phase-1 build section to use the same data selection as the Driver section as well as additional data selection determined by the Driver.  The Drive section, DO Section event sets some global report variables and calls the Phase-1 section.  In the Phase-1
