log file sync wait event only in one RAC node

Hi guys,

we are facing this unique problem in Oracle 11.2.0.3 RAC database  on Windows with ASM( SAN storage), on Node 1( primary node) we are facing 'log file sync' wait event as a top wait event  with Average wait time is almost 8000 ms and  log file parallel write average wait  time is around  300 ms ( 45 minutes - statspack report). But on Node 2  at the same time we do not have any 'log file sync' event  , it shows average wait time of 1 ms. It perfectly works fine, no performance issues at all. When we shutdown Node
