Email Collaboration Approval Email Submit Button Does Not Do Anything - Outlook 2016
I am trying to configure the email collaboration approval process for expenses. I am currently testing with Outlook 2016. Ideally, we would like the user to approve, sendback or deny the travel authorization, cash expense or expense report without having to open an attachment. We have employees who use various versions of outlook, ranging from 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 on PCs and 2011 and 2016 on Macs). From previous posts on My Oracle support, if I understand correctly, the inline html links/form does not render correctly due to issues with Microsoft HTML rendering engine.
Are there any plans to have the email approvals work without using the attachment option? Below is one of the documents I reviewed.
