Any script using which I can interface the Tax detail for a Order Line . I have refered to note Doc

Any script using which I can interface the  Tax detail for a Order Line . I have refered to note Doc ID 731149.1 but for Sales order line I am not able to create a tax line. The AutoInvoice program is not picking line_type as TAX.
