Java error after attempting to update the Country field in the Supplier Address form

Hi,   When we try to update the Country field of any Supplier Address record in the Maintain Supplier Entry (OAF), we immediately get the Error page saying "You are trying to access a page that is no longer active. The referring page may have come from a previous session...".

I searched for this error in the Knowledge database and found articles indicate this error is caused by a special character in one of the Supplier Site address fields.  But when I check those fields in our Supplier  Site record, there is no special character.

I found a way to avoid this error and that is by manually typing the name of the Country, and quickly clicking the "Apply" button and avoiding the use of the drop down list or list of values of the Country field.
