Adding OPM org to ASCP Instance

Hi All

We are evaluating OPM for one of our new plant. We are on R12.2.4 instance ( EBS and ASCP both)

This one has chemical filling line as well as chemical manufacturing.

1:Can we do OPM and Discrete under single organization?

OR

2: Do we need to define 2 separate orgs - 1 for chemical filling and one for chemical manufacturing?

We have our ASCP instance defined as 'Discrete'.

I need to change the instance from 'Discrete' to 'Discrete and Process'

Did anyone do this before and was there any issue that I should be aware of?
