India GST : Settlement Process creating invoice with duplicate lines for Reverse charge

Hello,

When I am attaching reverse charge tax category to invoices lines and trying create payable invoice for GST authority the localization payable open interface creating invoice with duplicate lines which is creating difference in header and lines amount, line amount total is more than header amount as there are duplicate lines. Please help.
