Basic Maintenance for the AS400 Machine with GO CLEANUP

Hello,

Few days back i got an issue with reference Code - A9003610 on HMC i.e user was unable to login "The security server is down and unable to reached".

The Problem was related to QMAXJOB "System Job Table got full". so we have increased the availability and the issue got resolved.

The IBM team suggested to use "GO CLEANUP" on as400 to do general Maintenance for as400.

My query is, if i will use this then there will not be any issue in JDE part.

1. Any impact on the JDE system which in running on iseries.
2. Will it delete any file that will be related to JDE system.
