pgraded EBS version to R12.2.6 from R12.1.2 now doesn't allow FSG reports to PDF

We upgraded EBS version to R12.2.6 from R12.1.2 along with database upgrade from R11.1.0.7 to R12c.

We use FSG reporting for our financial reports (Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet) with custom XML templates using Financial Report Submission functionality from GL responsibility to PDF. When we choose the report and clicked on next page to choose the templates, our templates are not available in the list of values to be picked up.

We checked all these templates exist when queried under XML Administrator responsibility. Anyone have any idea how to overcome this?
