Work center messages
Hi All,
Just wanted to understand how the messages were populating in work centers. When i am triggering workflow through custom app system is generating email based on the setup and as well in work center. My setup i have added only one email (as external) with value 1 even though it is sending the messages into work center and external emails with the approval app link.
Can you please let us know how to restrict work center messages, i wanted to send only email to external mail box.
After sending emails successfully also status in process task monitor status showing as E. Can you please let us why the status showing as E?
