Can't see SRs in Support tab
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
I can't find what's wrong with this user's configuration.
His "Current View" is identical to mine, everything
selected is the same. And mine works. Why would he
not be able to see the SRs in the same View that I
have? He isn't missing any Role, Entitlement or
account that he'd need, but I could have missed
something. He can see the view, but no SRs
appear.
