How to change element input/output currency?

Hi,

Oracle APPS R 12.1.3 and DB R11 with HR level code RUP3 (DELTA.3), the currency input and output can be changed. when upgrading to DB 12c and HR RUP 10, Currency output cannot be changed.

is there a way to change the OUTPUT Currency code?
