SalesRep Person receiving Emails as Contract has been activated (Need to disable the process)
Hello Team,
We are facing issues in Service Contract when the Contract is Activated the sales person is receiving mails with subject like as
"FW: Contract XXXXXXX - R07-OCT-14 11:49:39 for XXXXX (0.00 USD) has been activated"
Steps as found the Metalink we gone through:
1.Checked the profile "OKC: Suppress Sending Emails from Contract Alert Workflow" is Checked as 'Yes' at Site Level only
2.Found one Patch in the Metalink "p13609356_R12.OKS.B_R12_GENERIC" which says to apply for R12.1.3 patch application
We are having the Workflow OKSKPRCS.wft version 120.26.12010000.6 in our Production but the patch has the version of 120.26.12010000.4.
