AUDIT SYS OPERATIONS

I'm running 11.2.0.4 two node rac , audit_sys_operations is set to true.  Quite often I see following statement in audit logs created under ${ORACLE_HOME}/rdbms/audit.

ACTION :[171] 'select i.host_name ||'.TEST.'||i.instance_name||'.'||p.name || ' = ' || value from gv$parameter p,gv$instance i where p.inst_id = i.inst_id order by p.name,i.instance_name'

This sql is not run by any dba. What could be possibly triggering this statement
