Eaht does sql_area_build and sql_area_stats means in AWR?

hello,

Does one know what's the meaning of sql_area_build and sql_area_stats in in AWR report section Library Cache statistics?

I could not find any description of those two in oracle support.

What does it means if the values 'PCT misses' is high(>95%) for  sql_area_build and sql_area_stats in in AWR report?
