EPMA - Adding an account UDA

I am using 11.1.2.1 and need to create a new account UDA.  We only have one other UDA and its associated with the Entity Dim.   I loaded a flat file with the new hierarchy into EPMA but I cannot seem to associate the new UDA with the account base dimension, when I try to create the association only the attributes are in the list.   After loading the new UDA_GL into the shared library I tried to create a new load profile for my account structure thinking that it would allow me to make the association in this step but unfortunately
