Install RPAS 14.1 in windows 10 x64

Hi,

Is there any way to use config tool for RPAS14.1 which comes from ORACLE download in windows 10 x64 machine.

My java version is version 7 update 80 (build 1.7.0_80-b15).

In my machine when after setting RPAS_HOME,JAVA,HOME,RIDE_HOME and running config tool it says below error

unable to locate suitable java runtime environment on this machine
