How to Amend PO after Approved

We are using R12.1.3 . 

user  created Standard Purchase order and is Approved.

This PO contain only one item.

Now user want to modify the price.

But system not allowing to modify the price column. We able to change the quantity column.

Any steps  to modify the price.
