System Extract - ANSI 834 - Full Profile - What is the difference between Participant Person Type Us

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am trying to define a Full extract for ANSI 834 using the Systems Extract functionality.

When defining the criteria, we have 2 options -

  • Participant Person Type Useage
  • Person  Type Usage

What is the different between the two ? I am looking for a criteria that will pick all employees, ex-employees and dependents of the employees and ex-employees to be part of the extract.

Which one should be used between the two ?
