Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to prevent 0 (zero) amount lines to transfer from SLA to GL?

Hi ,

we find that in GL, journals whose all lines are 0 amount are generated , and they are transfered from subledgers(AP/AR).

Is it possible to prevent such journals from being transfered from SLA to GL?

We tried to set the profile option ‘Zero Amount Journal Lines Displayed’ to ‘N’, but it does not work.
