Processing Option values are cached in Call Object Kernel Cache?

Hello all,

The document below explains that "Call Object Kernel Cache" includes "Processing Option" and I can actually see it as a checkbox in P986116|W986116E (Reset Cache).

E1: KER: How To Reset EnterpriseOne Call Object Kernel Cache (Doc ID 626196.1)

However, it seems that all changes of processing option values are effective immediately.

Does "Call Object Kernel Cache" cache processing option values? or other properties of processing option?

Any information is appreciated.
