Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Is Negotiation mandatory for Sales Agreements Approval using AME?

Hello All,

I am now trying to integrate AME for Sales Agreements approval.

Having done all the required setup, as soon as I submit the Sales agreement , it goes to Active status.The workflow is looking for negotiation.

Since the Sales agreements are manually entered, and we need it to be integrated with AME, how can this be done.

I am using the Negotiation flow- Generic with Approval and Checked 'Use Approvals Management Engine" while creating the transaction type.
