replication between different zfs version

Hallo team,

we are scheduling 2 exalogic firmware upgrade,unlucky not at same time but in 2 different week.

actually ZFS appliance had this release:

ak-nas@2013.06.05.3.5,1-2.1.2.2 2015-4-24 16:22:45 current

while when we completed upgrade we will have:

Question is:

will be zpools and zfs bi-directional readable and writeble??

On actual zfs appliance the release are :

el01sn02# zfs upgrade -v
