IP 2017 - REST Outbound

Hi,

We have a new projet from the scratch with IP2017 and I'm trying create a new outbound webservice using REST API.


When I'm import a JSON Schema on siebel tools, the application return the following error:

Errors during processing:
Failed to load the JVM Dll. Check that the specified dll name is correct.(SBL-EAI-05006)

This is a problem with my JSON schema file or with JAVA config?

Please provide any solution for this.
