R12.1.3 Apps Tier clone adcfgclone.pl on 64bit SLES11 - error in 10.1.2 Oracle Home - RC-50410: Warn

Migrating from R12.1.3 and db 11.2.0.4 from 32bit RHEL4 to 64bit SLES11.

Apps tier clone adcfgclone.pl  - 10.1.2 Oracle Home failed registration.  (10.1.3 worked just fine).

The first time I ran, I got the error :

name = ENV

Query Returned: /etc/bash.bashrc

Setting the PRE_REQUISITE variable of 'oracle.iappserver.iapptop_10.1.2.0.2' to 'false'. Received the value from the variable calculation.

# The pre-requisite for the component Oracle Application Server 10g 10.1.2.0.2  has failed.

Install has detected that the environment variable ENV has been set. Please unset this variable and restart the install.

I also noticed that the 10.1.2 OH was pointing to a non-existent dir
