Siebel - Skype integration

Hello !!

Any suggestion on below:

If Agent have did some skype chat with customer, and now have requirement to save that chat as Activity is Siebel.

Skype chat use to save in Conversation History folder of Outlook, and now challenge is to read it and create record in Siebel.

Siebel Server sycns with Outlook, but Conversation History is subfolder.

Can you suggest any solution or better approach to address this requirement.
