Lines in the mass additions summary stuck in 'ON HOLD' queue

we have  mass additions line adding to an added to an existing asset. But Lines in the mass additions summary stuck in 'ON HOLD' queue for a particular invoice. This whole posting mass addition process is automatic and it has never happened before.
