Create an Alert in RPAS V13.3.1.11

Good day

Can someone please direct me to the correct procedure to create an alert measure in RPAS.

I understand the alert measure would be a boolean with a true / false requirement.

What is the alert expression?

If i want to set an alert where Covers are greater than 20 weeks please can you let me know how i would achieve this?
