OEM 13c Release 2 Cloud Control - Issue securing Weblogic Server with 3rd party SSL certificate

We have upgraded our OEM Cloud Control from 12c Release 5 to 13c Release 2. As part of the upgrade, we removed Standby Weblogic domain and used storage replication for our Standby site for the OEM 13c Cloud Control. With Storage Replication architecture for OEM 13c Release 2, now we have physical host name and alias host name. We used physical host name for the Weblogic Server SSL certificate in OEM 12c Release 5, where standby weblogic domain was in place. After checking with Oracle ACS, we got the SSL certificate using alias host name for OEM 13c Release 2
