Row Exits get stuck

Hello,

This issue just started happening a few weeks ago.  When a user selects a Row Exit, the drop downs get stuck. In the screen shot below is the JSI where I took the Row Exit, General Accounting then Budgets. The General Accounting drop down does not disappear.  And I am unable to select anything.  This is happening in all our modules where there are multiple drop downs on a Row / Exit.  Any one else experiencing this issue? Any ideas on why this would have suddenly started to occur?

We are on E1 9.0 Tools 9.2, using IE 11
