JDE E1 Report Foreign Language

Hi,

we have created a custom invoicing UBE a long time ago. We used text overrides in RDA to translate the reports constants (headers) to Finnish language. The UBE was working without any issues for years until last month. In PD, the UBE is not producing output in Finnish Language. The weird thing is that the UBE is producing the correct output in other environments DV, PY, QA and SB without any issues. I tested in SB env. which is a mirror copy of PD using the same data set and same language configuration and for my surprise the UBE produces
