Hello,

Please review the following note that will guide you in addressing an error seen when Customers upgrade to R12.2.7 (or R12.2 HRMS RUP10) from R12.1 HRMS RUP 10 level.

The failure will be encountered during application of file $PAY_TOP/patch/115/xdf/pay_employee_claim_details_tab.xdf. This is because the xdf file tries to create the objects under HR Schema and corresponding

Synonyms under APPS Schema.

Please review this note in it's entirety:

   HCM Customers: During 12.1.HRMS.RUP10 to 12.2 Upgrade Will Fail With Error "objects already exist" (Doc ID 2327751.1)

Please log a Service request with Oracle Payroll if you encounter any difficulties with the patch applications.
