Standard Report in Bank Transfer Process

Hi Team, Can anyone please let me know is there any standard report for the below mentioned requirement When i do the bank transfer from X account to Y account and similar from X account to Z account, in this case there two different transactions with the X accoount. Now i need a report for the X account which should display what all the debit and credit transactions performed for the mentioned account. Same as for Y account also which should display all the debits and credits taken place.
